Julie FershtmanJulie Fershtman is speaking at the National Conference on Equine Law in Lexington, Kentucky on May 1, 2025. Her topic is Products Liability in the Equine Industry.

Fershtman has been a speaker at this conference nearly every year for 31 years and serves on its Planning Committee. With an active, multi-state law practice, Fershtman has tried equine-related cases before juries in four states. She also drafts contracts to help her clients avoid disputes. Fershtman is the industry’s most in-demand speaker on Equine Law with speaking engagements in 29 states. 

This year alone, her in-person speaking engagements on Equine Law topics span four states. She is also the author of four books and over 425 published articles on various Equine Law issues. The ABA published her latest book called Equine Law and Horse Sense.  Find it on Amazon.
