With an active, multi-state law practice, Fershtman has tried equine-related cases before juries in four states. She also drafts contracts to help her clients avoid disputes. Fershtman is the industry&rsquo;s most in-demand speaker on Equine Law with speaking engagements in 29 states.&nbsp;</p>
<p>This year alone, her in-person speaking engagements on Equine Law topics span four states. She is also the author of four books and over 425 published articles on various Equine Law issues.
